At Alvo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.


Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging

  • The product must not be damaged or altered

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

For hygiene reasons, certain products (such as personal use items) may not be eligible for return unless defective.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • The amount will be refunded to your original payment method


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect (wrong item received)

If you need an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
